Back home to Ireland
Getting into holiday mode!

Hi everyone!
Just a short first entry to test out this site and fill you in on what I've been up to for the last couple of weeks!
Well, after packing up and moving out of my wee flat over the weekend (thanks to little bro for all your help!!) I headed back to Dublin on the Monday (29th August) and spent a couple of days there before heading back to Raharney. Myself and Mum then headed up North to see the Grandas on the Thursday and I stopped in Cavan for a night on the way back home the following day. I had a couple more days at home then before heading back up to Dublin to fly back here on Wednesday this week... the time seemed to fly by and all of a sudden I'm back in Northants and flying out to Singapore in 3 days!!
So here are a few photos for you... first of all, for those of you who haven't seen where I grew up, this is it!
And here are a couple of where Mum grew up - photos taken from my Granda's back door, beats the view from my flat in Northampton!!
You might notice an addition to the landscape in the second photo... that's my monkey, my reminder of all my friends and the happy times I've had in England - he'll be coming on my travels with me so keep an eye out for him ;-)
And finally, a huge thank you to those of you I saw when I was back home - it was lovely to see you all and I hope it's not toooo long til the next time!
